Saraansh AI
Android app

Speak freely.
We'll take the notes.

Record any meeting in one tap. Saraansh AI transcribes it in English, Hindi, Marathi or Gujarati, then distils the ramble into clear meeting minutes and a short list of action points.

HOW IT WORKS

From rambling to ready-to-share in three steps

  1. 1. Record

Tap Record and talk. Pause, resume, or discard any time. If it goes quiet for 10 minutes, recording stops on its own.

  2. 2. Transcribe

Press Stop and the recording is transcribed automatically, with English, Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati detected as you speak.

  3. 3. Summarize

Tap Generate Summary for meeting minutes plus a bulleted list of action points. Share it straight from the app.

FEATURES

Everything the app does, nothing it doesn't

Every card below maps to something in the current build.

One-tap recording

A big Record card on the home screen. While you record you get Pause/Resume, Stop, and Discard (with a confirmation so nothing is lost by accident).

English, Hindi, Marathi & Gujarati

Transcription is tuned for Indian English and also recognises Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati (ગુજરાતી), switching between them as you speak, so mixed-language meetings work.

Meeting minutes & action points

A short summary of what was discussed, followed by a clean bullet list of action points. Generated only when you ask, then saved so it's never regenerated.

Summary & Transcript tabs

Read the distilled version first and flip to the full word-for-word transcript whenever you need the detail.

Share in one tap

Send the summary (with its action points) or the full transcript to any app through Android's share sheet.

Saved notes list

Every recording is kept on your phone with its date and duration. Open any note later, or delete it, which removes the audio and transcript too.

Auto-stop on silence

Forgot to hit Stop? After 10 minutes of continuous silence the recording ends by itself. Normal pauses in conversation never trigger it.

Retry when offline

If transcription or a summary fails because of a bad connection, your recording is kept and a "Try again" button lets you retry.

Light & dark, Google sign-in

Follows your phone's theme. Sign in with your Google account, and the screen stays awake while you record.

HOW TO INSTALL

Installing an APK takes about a minute

Saraansh AI is shared as a direct download, so Android will ask for a one-time permission.

1 Download the APK

Tap the button on your Android phone (or download on a computer and transfer the file). If your browser warns that this type of file can harm your device, choose Download anyway.

Download Android APK
2 Allow “Unknown sources” if prompted

Open the downloaded file. If Android says installs from this source are blocked, tap Settings and switch on Allow from this source for your browser or file manager, then go back.

This is a per-app setting on Android 8.0+. You can switch it off again after installing.

3 Install, sign in & start recording

Tap Install, then Open. Continue with Google, allow microphone access when asked, and tap Record.

Good to know

Where do my recordings go?

Audio, transcripts and summaries are stored on your phone. To transcribe and summarize, the app needs an internet connection: the audio is sent to a cloud speech service and the transcript to an AI summarizer. That's why the app requests the Internet permission alongside the microphone.

Can I record offline?

Yes. Recording works without a connection, so you can capture a meeting even when you're out of network. Your recording is saved on your phone. Once you're back online, open the note and tap Try again to transcribe it. You'll need internet for transcription and summaries, but not for recording.

Can it record with the screen off or in the background?

Not today. The app keeps your screen awake while it records, so leave it open and on screen for the meeting.

Does it label who is speaking?

No. Transcripts are a single block of text without speaker labels, and action points are plain bullets without owners or priority tags.

Which Android versions are supported?

Android 8.0 (Oreo) and newer. The app is portrait-only.

Stop typing notes. Start talking.

Your next meeting could end with minutes and action points already written.
